Range Bro is a community built on trust and respect. These Terms exist to protect every member. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users — violations result in immediate action.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing any Range Bro features — including user-generated content such as reviews, meetup posts, chat messages, and loadout photos — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Range Bro. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Changes to Terms
Range Bro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
No Objectionable Content
Range Bro has zero tolerance for objectionable content. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, threats, explicit or violent content, illegal content, content that promotes illegal activity, spam, and impersonation of other users or public figures.
No Abusive Users
Range Bro has zero tolerance for abusive users. Behavior that targets, intimidates, demeans, or harms other community members — whether in reviews, chat, meetup descriptions, or any other form — will result in immediate account suspension.
Firearms & Safety
All content related to firearms must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Content promoting unsafe firearm handling, illegal modifications, or unlawful acquisition is strictly prohibited.
Consequences
Violations of this zero-tolerance policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, and — where required by law — reporting to relevant authorities. Range Bro reserves the right to take these actions without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; collect or harvest other users' personal information; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; post spam or unsolicited commercial messages; or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the service.
Content Standards
All user-generated content must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Content relating to shooting sports and range activities must depict safe and legal firearm handling. Range Bro is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Reporting Objectionable Content
How to Report
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app using the Report feature available on user profiles, meetup posts, reviews, and chat messages.
Review Timeline
All reports are reviewed by Range Bro within 24 hours. We are committed to acting promptly on valid reports by removing content and, where appropriate, suspending the offending account.
Good-Faith Reporting
Please only report content you genuinely believe violates these Terms. Submitting false or malicious reports may itself result in account action.
Blocking Users
Block Feature
You may block any user at any time using the Block feature on their profile. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your feed and prevents them from viewing your profile.
Instant Effect
Blocking takes effect immediately — blocked users' meetups, reviews, and other content will no longer appear to you, and you will no longer appear to them.
Developer Notification
When you block a user, Range Bro is notified so we can investigate whether the blocked user's behavior warrants further action under these Terms.
Enforcement
Content Removal
Range Bro reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at any time and without prior notice.
Account Suspension
Users who violate these Terms — particularly the zero-tolerance policy — may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. Upon suspension, all active sessions are invalidated immediately.
No Tolerance for Repeat Offenders
Users whose accounts are terminated for violations of the zero-tolerance policy will not be permitted to create new accounts.
Discretion
Range Bro reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation of these Terms and what enforcement action is appropriate.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Apple Licensed Application
The Range Bro iOS app is licensed to you under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, unless Range Bro has provided a custom EULA, in which case the custom EULA governs.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Range Bro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Subscriptions & Billing
Range Bro Pro — Auto-Renewing Subscription
Range Bro offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription called Range Bro Pro. The subscription title, billing period, and price are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Billing Period
Range Bro Pro is billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Auto-Renewal
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. The renewal price is the same as the initial subscription price unless you are notified otherwise.
Introductory & Referral Offers
Introductory and referral pricing may be offered to eligible first-time subscribers. These offers are subject to availability and may not be combined. The discounted rate applies only for the stated promotional period; standard pricing resumes at renewal.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Range Bro does not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings at any time. Any changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option on the paywall screen to recover your active subscription. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and can be used on any device signed in with that Apple ID.

Range Bro LLC operates the Range Bro mobile application and associated web services.
Range Bro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
